HOO BOY!
Read the third balloon. Who doesn't love the 60's when women knew their place. Right.
If you even tried to write some dialogue like this nowadays you'd be asking for trouble from your editor, publisher, distributor, retailer and consumer. Not to mention any women's groups or news media that would get a hold of it.
This is the third panel from page thirty one of avengers # 34 by the way.

WHEW!
Well I am almost done. I am trying to wrap up as much as is necessary of projects in order to enjoy the long holiday weekend. I have one more class to teach tonight and then it is relative relaxation and turkey consumption for a few days. I am sure that I will try to get ahead on an inking gig.
For the past month or so every weekend has been party invites and friends' weddings so I am looking to a little stay home time.
Knowing how everybody likes blogs with pics here is a melange of recent (as Chuck Barris would say) stuff:

a program cover for a play. I left off all the text because I think it looks better this way.

Cover to a digest magazine about comics.

it's always cool do to art for a company that invites you to parties.

BUZZ BUZZ
OK people, here are some pages out of my sketchbook. These are some prelims of some bee drawings for a kid's game about....bees.
Hey a gig is a gig. It could be worse. It could be drawings from a kid's game about colostomy bags. Bwahahaha!
